It’s worth noting

that Maryland PS is one of the five oldest companies in the property management field in Greece, as evidenced by the document from the Athens Chamber of Commerce attached to the “certifications” section of our website. The company was established as a sole proprietorship on January 18, 2012. This contrasts with the competition, which began more broadly after the end of 2015, when short-term property rentals were liberalized in Greece with Government Gazette 94A/2015, allowing private short-term rentals without the issuance of a special EOT (Greek National Tourism Organization) license. Before this law, the short-term rental period was limited to three months. Therefore, from 2018 onwards, companies of this kind began to spring up like mushrooms.
