This sets us apart from the competition, which developed more broadly from the end of 2015 onwards, when the issuance of Government Gazette 94Α/2015 liberalized the short-term leasing of properties. This Gazette allowed properties to be leased without the need for a Special Operation Mark from the Greek National Tourism Organisation (EOT), broadening activity in the sector. Before that, short-term leasing was limited to a duration of up to three months.
